As part of our St Brendan’s Day activities, our Unit of work focused on our St Brendan’s Commitment Statement. Our exploration of this statement led to the concept of a promise. We naturally linked it to the scripture story, ‘Noah’s Ark’, which fitted nicely with promise and hope for a better future. The students chose the part that they felt was important to their life at St Brendan’s and had a personal connection for them –Ms Purdue and 2 Green students.
